Rapid Prototyping FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

Fused Deposition Modeling is a state of the art technology that allows 4M to provide inexpensive finished working models in a very short time frame.

This is simply accomplished by emailing your file (3D CAD or STL) to info@4mprototype.com which is then fabricated in ABS/Polycarbonate and shipped, in many cases, within a day. This can validate product concepts prior to production commitments. These assemblies meet tolerances to +/- 0.005". 

4M's initial involvement in the development cycle assures production pricing at very competitive levels. Also, Fused Deposition Modeling is very effective when small quantities of plastic parts are required quickly, thereby eliminating the high costs and delays for tooling.
